To all Pisay students –
This post contains all the essential information for TUGON tomorrow. Most important are the class lists that detail the activities which each and every single one of you will join.
But before that, some essential information.
IS TUGON REQUIRED?
Yes. This is a clearance requirement in your SocSci class. Inability to comply will mean delayed clearance and a complex clearance procedure courtesy of your social science teacher and Sir Martin Perez. Don’t expect to see your card on card giving day if you are not cleared.
WHAT TIME DOES IT START?
We have a flag ceremony at 7:30am to kick off the events. Sir Martin will orient everyone on what the day is all about and what each one will have to do.
WHAT TIME DOES IT END? (AND CAN WE LEAVE EARLY?)
Our target end is 6pm. If you intend to leave the campus before that, we have a procedure to follow: with a valid excuse from your parents, file for a gate pass at the SSD (Atty. Perez) office. You will need the gate pass to leave the campus. If the concert runs a little late, we will be true to our word and open the gate at 6pm.
WHAT’S THE ATTIRE?
All students should be in complete school uniform. Event organizers (AKSIS and the partner clubs) will be in jeans and the event shirt so that they can be easily identified. Feel free to approach any of them for your questions. NONETHELESS, we will be lax during the concert (3pm to 6pm). You are welcome to wear street clothes, but we recommend the super cool TUGON shirts!

WHY DIDN’T WE GET THE ACTIVITIES WE SIGNED UP FOR?
There are two main reasons for this: either you mistakenly signed up for activities in the same block, or you signed for an activity that had no more remaining slots. In either or both instance, we took the liberty of assigning you your own slot. If you didn’t sign up at all, then don’t be surprised at all.
CAN WE JOIN ANOTHER ACTIVITY WE DID NOT SIGN UP FOR?
Most likely not since we made sure that each activity was filled up to the rim. Moreover, your attendance will be checked in each activity and your attendance is the primary basis for earning clearance.
