Oh, the meeting is a pretty big deal. I announce your arm assignments, you appoint your arm officers (chair, vice chair, sec), then the executive board meets for the first time. After which, we talk about urgent matters such as recruitment. 
Oh yeah, bring your membership fee!
Guys, we have another meeting this week, Wednesday, 4:10 ( Dismissal! So no excuse… sort of.) at our favorite Seminar Room. Not really sure what it’s about, but most likely it’s something important.

Hey guys! There will be a GENERAL ASSEMBLY on June 13, 11am at the Seminar Room. This will be during UB so I hope to see you all there! AGENDA: Big projects for the year, new officers (which we will vote for in a unique way)
And our Communication Officers are Marz Marquez, Luis Estrada and Criselle David. First task? Call on everyone for our first General Assembly on June 13.

CHANGES
Changes are coming our way. Over the next few weeks, I will be revealing the new, focused direction of AKSIS. Our first year really gave me insight into what more we can do. The newly established meaning of our name should give you a good idea.

We have something to discuss. The tour organizer is asking if it is okay that we have our tour on October 28 (Sunday). What do you feel about this? If not okay, I will do my best to insist on the 27th.
Other options include November 3 and 10.
Also, the entire package will cost P550 per head. Is this okay? According to Ivan, the tour guide,
Its priced that way because this walk (WOK) is part culinary, in short, we’ll be stuffing ourselves silly with food as we learn about Tsinoy history and culture. Think of it as a WOK-ing buffet, as mentioned, a lot of people say they cant eat a bite anymore at the end of the tour.
Alternatively, we can have the tour without the food for P350.
